After completing 51 weeks of Invisalign, I have to say... I am VERY PLEASED by the results and the entire process. I've been waiting to write this review as I... read more wanted to speak to the WHOLE experience. I chose QuickSmiles because it was the most cost effective option out of the ~13 providers that I interviewed and consulted with. Not only was it the cheapest that took my dental/ortho insurance, but also, they offer the Vivera retainers and FREE whitening at the end of the treatment. Now, grant it, I started my treatment in October/September 2022 so offers may be different now; I know there was a change in ?management or something, but my experience was smooth and what they offered was promised. The only change was the strength of my whitening treatment. I did a total of 3 treatments (1 original alignment + 2 realignment). The first re-alignment was due to a little black triangle "hole" that formed between two of my bottom teeth from the original alignment. I was not satisfied after the first re-alignment because the triangle was still there, they more fine tuning was needed to fulfill what I was looking for. I'm glad to say I am finally fulfilled! This just goes to show how attentive they are in addressing my wishes. Aside the results, what I think truly made QuickSmiles stand out is their FANTASTIC customer service, especially among the techs (namely Maddie, Melissa, and the others that I cannot remember the names of). Maddie was so professional, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and personable. When we were removing my attachments at the end, she seriously took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the smoothness of my teeth. She kept apologizing for taking so long and being so careful, but honestly, that's the kind of perfectionism I want to see in my providers. I am an abdominal transplant pharmacist myself so I understand the value/importance of paying attention to the details. I cannot recommend QuickSmile ENOUGH. I have already shared their contact to my friends at work. The only thing I cannot comment on is my entire experience with the Vivera retainers. Right now, truthfully, they are a bit uncomfortable to wear since the edges are scraping against my tongue but Melissa did share that these retainers are covered under warranty so I could always come back for a fix. I can comment on that later, but for now... 100 out of 10, recommend this place!!!

If I could give quick smiles a 0 I would. Working with them has been a complete nightmare of an experience. I wish I would have went to an actual... read more orthodontist that could have seen me in person and actually looked at my teeth. It took three years of doing trays for my teeth to make progress. I know this is because I was not seen in person by an actual ortho. These people do not know what they are doing and its not worth the $1000 you might save going with quicksmiles. I have been trying to get them to send me my retainers for months. No one is ever in the office to pick up the phone, or they say they will call back and never do, or they told me twice they sent them out and never did. I called the buisness owner to tell him of my frustration and he made nothing but excuses for his lack of poor buisness practices. I have to start over and pay for another ortho to fix my teeth because of them. So unless you want to pay for braces twice do it right the first time and go see an actual in person ortho.
