I wish I would have went to an actual... read more orthodontist that could have seen me in person and actually looked at my teeth. It took three years of doing trays for my teeth to make progress. I know this is because I was not seen in person by an actual ortho. These people do not know what they are doing and its not worth the $1000 you might save going with quicksmiles. I have been trying to get them to send me my retainers for months. No one is ever in the office to pick up the phone, or they say they will call back and never do, or they told me twice they sent them out and never did. I called the buisness owner to tell him of my frustration and he made nothing but excuses for his lack of poor buisness practices. I have to start over and pay for another ortho to fix my teeth because of them. So unless you want to pay for braces twice do it right the first time and go see an actual in person ortho.

Absolutely horrible service. I missed one of my refinement appointments (an important check up appointment) because I forgot about it due to covid, and no one from their office ever... read more called me to reschedule. Months went by, and still nothing. Suddenly, they text me out of the blue asking to reschedule. It’s been months and I honestly just want to forfeit doing business with them. I’ve had invisalign now for a year, and my teeth look good so I think I’m just going to get my attachments taken off and get a retainer and that’s it. I’m over it.
