Invisalign has helped over 17 million patients get straighter teeth without metal brackets or wires. At QuickSmiles, most of your treatment happens from home — with evening and Saturday appointments so you never have to miss work or school.
Most patients visit our Gilbert office just a handful of times throughout their entire treatment. Here’s how it works from start to finish.
Come in for a quick, no-cost visit. Dr. Coles scans your teeth with a digital iTero scanner — no messy impressions, no commitment. You’ll see a 3D model of your teeth in real time.
Dr. Coles designs your full treatment plan digitally. You’ll see a before-and-after preview of your smile before any aligners are made. If you’re a candidate, you’ll get a clear price — no surprises.
Your custom aligners are manufactured and shipped to our office in about four weeks. At your delivery appointment, Dr. Coles fits your first set and walks you through everything you need to know.
You switch to a new set of aligners roughly every week — at home, on your schedule. We monitor your progress remotely and check in periodically. Most patients are in and out in 20 minutes on visit days.
The Invisalign process begins with a precise digital scan of your teeth using the iTero scanner. The scanner creates a highly detailed 3D model of your bite in a matter of minutes — completely comfortable, nothing in your mouth except a small wand.
Some offices still take old-fashioned impressions using a putty tray. Those can be uncomfortable, prone to distortion, and add weeks to your wait time because they have to be physically mailed to Invisalign. We don’t do that at QuickSmiles — everything is submitted digitally on the same day.

Once the scan is uploaded, Dr. Coles works directly in the Invisalign system to map out the movement of every tooth — in what sequence, how far, and over how many aligners. This is the most important step of the entire process.
A well-designed treatment plan is the difference between a great result and a mediocre one. Invisalign is a tool — the skill of the orthodontist designing your plan is what determines the outcome. Dr. Coles has treated hundreds of Invisalign patients and holds an Invisalign award for his treatment volume and results.
You’ll see a digital simulation of your smile transformation before treatment even begins.

After Dr. Coles finalizes your plan, Invisalign manufactures your full set of custom aligners. This takes about four weeks. When they arrive, you’ll come in for your delivery appointment — usually the one longer visit of your treatment at about 30 minutes.
Depending on your treatment plan, Dr. Coles may place small tooth-colored attachments on certain teeth. These act as handles that help the aligners grip and move specific teeth more precisely. They’re subtle and blend in with your natural tooth color.

This is what makes Invisalign different from traditional braces — and what makes QuickSmiles different from traditional orthodontic offices.
You wear your aligners 20–22 hours a day, removing them only to eat, drink, and brush. Every week or so, you swap to the next set in your series. Each new tray moves your teeth a tiny amount — gently and gradually, with very little discomfort.
At QuickSmiles, you wear your trays through your full series at home. If anything feels off, you come in — otherwise, you complete your aligners and return when you’re ready for refinements or to finish treatment. No unnecessary appointments, no constant check-ins.

Not a mail-order aligner service. Not an algorithm. A licensed orthodontist who reviews every case personally.
“Most people pay twice as much for the same Invisalign® treatment at a traditional office. That never made sense to me. So we built something better — same quality, fewer visits, and hours that actually work for real people.”

Every case is different. Here are two real patients treated by Dr. Coles — one minor correction, one complex full treatment — to show you what’s possible.

Because this patient’s bite was already good and only the lower front teeth needed correction, Dr. Coles was able to focus the aligners precisely on those teeth. Simple case, short treatment, great result. This is the classic Invisalign Touch-Up candidate.

This was a complex case with multiple things to address simultaneously — crowding, a missing tooth, and significant bite correction. The result speaks for itself. Cases like this require a highly experienced orthodontist and a carefully designed treatment plan. There are no shortcuts, but Invisalign was still the right tool for this patient.
The honest answer is: it depends on where you’re starting. Here’s a general breakdown of the two treatment types at QuickSmiles.
Ideal for patients with minor crowding or spacing — often people who had braces and want to get back to where they were. Shorter treatment, fewer aligners, same great result.
For patients who need a full bite and alignment correction. Dr. Coles maps out a complete treatment plan and addresses both the teeth and the bite for lasting results.
Not sure which one you need? Your Free Smile Scan is the only way to know for certain. Dr. Coles will give you a clear answer and a price — no pressure, no sales pitch.
Your Free Smile Scan is a no-pressure visit with Dr. Coles. You’ll get a clear answer on whether you’re a candidate, how long treatment would take, and exactly what it costs — before you commit to anything.
