What To Expect With Coronavirus

To Our Valued Patients,

As our community continues to feel the increased impact of coronavirus, we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help keep our patients and staff safe and healthy. Please be assured we have protocols in place and are continually monitoring the updates from both the CDC and local public health officials.  At QuickSmiles, it is our first priority to give the highest quality of care to our patients, staff and the community at large.

As part of our protocols, our stores have heightened their cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our patients and staff. We’ve instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and self-monitor their symptoms.

As the situation evolves, QuickSmiles may implement additional preventative measures to ensure the wellbeing of both our patients and staff. Please rest assured; that if office hours or appointments need to be changed we will let you know. As always, our staff will be available via text, phone and email to answer questions and schedule appointments.

Additionally, our unique QuickSmiles method was designed to minimize a patient’s in office time. With limited office visits, zero wait time at appointments and small offices with staggered appointment times; QuickSmiles has the system in place to take care of your Invisalign needs while weathering this health crisis.

Thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate this challenging situation one day at a time and determine how best to continue serving our patients.

Sincerely,
Lalani Hunsaker
Vice President of Operations
QuickSmiles
